Golf in Vietnam — common questions
Do I need a handicap certificate to play golf in Vietnam?
Most Vietnam courses do not require a handicap certificate for visitors. A few private clubs ask for proof of golf experience — we confirm each course's policy when we book your tee time.
Are caddies mandatory at Vietnam golf courses?
Yes — caddies are mandatory at virtually every course in Vietnam. The caddie fee is separate from the green fee; we include it in your quote so there are no surprises.
What is a typical green fee in Vietnam?
Weekday green fees on the courses we book run roughly $70–$120 per golfer, with weekends higher. Each course card above shows its own "from" price, taken directly from the current contract.
Can I rent clubs, and is a buggy included?
Club rental is available at every course we work with. A buggy (cart) is required at many courses; where it is, we fold the cart and caddie fees into your all-in quote.
What should I know about the weather and best time to play?
The north (Hanoi) plays best October–April; central and southern courses are year-round with an afternoon-heat window to avoid. We schedule tee times around the season and the forecast.
Do you arrange the whole trip, not just the tee time?
Yes. We are a Hanoi-based DMC — we book the courses, caddies, buggies, transfers and hotels, and run a non-golfer program for partners. You get one quote for the whole trip.
